REIKI – USUI & IMARA REIKI- is combined and I also work with the 15 extra Grand Master
Symbols to enhance your Reiki experience.
CRYSTAL HEALING- Crystals create a big part in most of my layouts, they have a wonderful
energy about them that is quite different to Reiki Energy. And there are so many to choose from.
SOUND HEALING- I have a lovely set of hand held Crystal Bowls that I use to help
harmonise each Chakra. Having a sound healing session is very powerful the vibrations of
each bowl can be deeply felt. I also work with my Drum which I feel really clears deep
blockages and takes the client into deeper states of healing.
AROMATHERAPY- The way in which I use Aromatherapy is by creating my own products for
sale as well as use in the cabin, I have create a chakra set and therapists collection. As well
as inhalers and space clearing sprays for your home/business. I also offer individual
consultations where we can identify any ailment that may be helped by using cream, lotions,
sprays etc.
HOW CAN MY SERVICES HELP YOU?
All of my services work on the mind, body & spirit of a person, they are all ideal for working with multiple ailments per session, by having the ability to work in this way we are better able to reach and pin point the source of many ailments, and begin the process of clearing, harmonising and bringing balance. The therapies all help in promoting relaxation, security, stress reduction, pain relief, emotional and mental wellbeing, inner peace and overall harmony, and many more issues. Many of my clients have completely changed their life for the better from Holistic therapy, this includes myself. We are all at different stages of our healing journeys, I have found by working with Holistic healing it really helps people to have more control over how they live their lives and helps promote a better understanding of how to listen and work with your body rather than against it.
CRYSTAL HEALING:
Crystals work by interacting with an energy field, They are piezoelectric, meaning an electrical charge that accumulates in certain solid objects like bone or crystals. When placed within an energy field they emit their energy into or around where they are placed. In the case of crystal healing the energy field being us. (OUR BODIES ARE THE ENERGY FIELD).
Each crystal has its own properties, and by selecting a crystal, layout, grid it is possible to assist, balance, heal ourselves on multiple levels (mind/body/spirit). There are endless possibilities for crystal use. From our own personal healing to the quartz found in radios, watches, even our microwaves & Ruby’s used in Lasers. I find Crystals are a wonderful accompaniment to combine with my other therapies or to just purely use them on their own.
REIKI:
Reiki is a system of natural healing involving the laying on of hands and is many thousands of years old. The Usui system of Reiki is a very simple but powerful healing technique that is easily given and received by anyone. Reiki healing energy moves through the healer and dispels blocks and negativity before being channelled through to the recipient, thus never draining the healer. Reiki is intelligent it has a way of naturally flowing to the area where it is most needed, meaning that every treatment given is different and persons receiving the
Reiki will report different effects, with each treatment the recipient will receive the correct amount of energy to bring the necessary changes to restore balance within. Reiki compliments other therapies and actively increases the strength of those healing energies by up to 50%.
SOUND THERAPY:
Sound Therapy deconstructs music into pure sound harnessing the knowledge that sound can have a powerful effect on our whole being, using the frequencies of drums, gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks to name a few, we can encourage the natural frequencies of ourselves and clients to respond and rebalance. Each of our cells is massaged through sympathetic resonance and so is refreshed from negative and unwanted vibrations that no longer serve us.
When it enters the ear, sound is converted into an electrical signal, this travels to the auditory nerve, then the signal travels through the brain creating different responses such as triggering stress or evoking an array of emotions.
Exposure to too many loud noises can overload the brain with stimulating chemicals, which can result in damage to brain cells, sound therapy balances the effect of the brains tranquillising chemicals and so restores mental harmony. Chakra balancing and sound healing comes down to harmonic resonance, a chakra can be made to vibrate by the powerful vibrations of say a singing bowl, which share the same harmonic relationship, they begin to resonate with each other. Hence this is how we can create balance within the chakras and so put out an overall harmonic frequency on the entire body.
AROMATHERAPY:
Aromatherapy is a healing treatment that uses the natural plant extracts to promote good health and wellbeing, Aromatherapy oils have been used for thousands of years, the ability of fragrances to affect mood and atmosphere has long been recognised, Aromatherapy uses the aromatic essential oils to improve our mind, body & spirit. There are many ways in which to use the essential oils, by creating specific blends for various ailments, massage, creams and lotions, sprays. The list goes on.
